I need to build application which does not transfer the call to AACC but creates a conference for AAEP IVR app , customer and agent on CDN in AACC with AAEP keeping the control of the call. I am using OD 7.1.
AAEP call stays till the time customer does not hang up and this call stays in conference mode.

I can think of a few options here.

1) do a bridged transfer the after the agent disconnects the application get back control of the call.

2) the CTI connector has a transfer.

3) In ccxml you can also create a conference. You could use the new (7.0) "eventing" from ccxml to VXML to inituate the conference.

In SIP setup will the option 2 of AES Connector work?
If I setup AES with TSAPI Pro license make this solution work or need to have the complete solution moved?

CTI (AES) is not for SIP.
