When an agent puts the caller on hold and then places a call to another extension. EMC Desktop pops window "Proceed with Unhold". You must click Yes to continue.

Is there any way to disable this pop up window?

Hi BryanZell,

The feature to disable this pop up window is available in EMC 6.5 Service Pack 1.

To disable it:
1) Open the ini file for Desktop/Reporting Application and go to "Voice" Section.
2) You will find a new field "Show Unhold Confirmation Box" in this section. Set this field value to "False".
3) Ensure Desktop/Reporting Application is closed before making changes in the ini file.
4) Same can be done through Agent Profiles if you are using Configuration Server.
