Platform - IPO 9.0

To check if an IPPhone device is live or not, I am sending SUBSCRIBE PUSH message to the phone. It works fine. But if i send this message lets say every hour, the phone device gets blocked. Means the device does not accept any message be it SUBSCRIBE or DISPLAY, or TOPLINE.

It is seen frequently on device model 1616D02A. While other device models like 1608D02A and 9608D02B seems OK.

Pls. suggest why is it happening.
