Hi All,

I am quite new to Avaya aura world, and right now busy trying to understand how we can implement our next use-case. I need to real-time agent availability, skill and basically all the information coming from Workforce Management tool. AACC uses this information to route the calls to an agent, I need to consume this information in an API and use our application data to provide it with a Dynamic Routing.

Now, I read that there are RTD API that provides this information. But There's no documentation on the API. Does someone know how can I use it? Does this need to installed or by default configured with AACC?

It is hard to tell exactly what you are going to do, but for routing there is the HDX (Host Data Exchange) interface that allows you to pass data off to a query or web request and get back routing information. You may be able to use just this interface or you may need the RSM or RTD API. All of these are available on the devconnect site.
