Hello,
we have to create CDR giving the following additional information:
- Duration of Ring Time
- Not answered /missed Calls

For external calls this is working fine using AVAYA Breeze.
Internal call we can not monitor.

Could the Engagement Call Control Snap-in be an option?
Can we create CDR using this Snap-In?

Yes, using ECC you can monitor a station and get events for internal calls as well. ECC supports ALERTING and ANSWERED event using those you could get the ring time. Refer ECC SDK rest api doc for all supported ECC events

You need to subscribe for ECC events for all the stations you are interested individually
