Hello Team,
is it possible to intercept and controll incoming calls to a AVAYA Meet Me Conference Number?
We have to mute / drop users in certain cases.

The answer is a qualified yes. If calls are coming from endpoints that are not served by the same CM that provides the Meet-me conference, then you can easily do this. Just provision a Session Manager implicit user pattern for the meet-me number, and assign a Breeze Application Sequence to this pattern. Do the same at the Breeze level to assign a service profile to the number.

If you need your snap-in to be invoked for CM endpoints, things are a bit trickier. You would need to provision CM such that any calls to the meet-me number are sent out to a SIP trunk so that SM can sequence your snap-in. You would have to insert / remove steering digits to ensure that calls are routed back to CM but not in such a way that there is an endless loop.
