Trying to configure a POST Call Survey with AEP and CM VDN/Vector Routing. Is there documentation on configuring CM VDN/Vector routing to route (AEP authenticated) refer messages to one VDN and to direct (failed authentication) bye messages to another vdn? It seems like VDN override and VDN redirect play a part it how this works. Any insights or documentation would be helpful. Thank you.
