Subject: primary and secondary call id on transferred events swaps from time to time

I expected the primary call id on a transfer event to represent the transferring call id and the secondary call id to represent the transferred call id. However what i have is that sometimes this swaps around for some odd reason. There seems to be no indication why this is occurring. Is there a way to predict this will happen so that I can prepare for it?

Dealing with Call IDs and UCIDs during transfers and conferences is not trivial. Please take a look at the Product FAQ "Can you explain the behavior of how CallIDs and UCIDs merge in conference and transfer scenarios?", it points to a document that covers this subject. The FAQ is in the "FAQ: AE Services General" section.
