Hi,

due the lack of testing possibilites I want to ask if anyone has tested or in use a JS Client SDK Application and other 3rd party application which creates calls via TSAPI.

Will there created an Call Object or Event on the JS Client SDK side, or will the application in any way reconize the call?

Hi,

Thank you for your question. There is the only one way to handle any incoming call through JSCSDK. Just add your function by Calls.addOnIncomingCallCallback().

AAWG does not support any TSAPI control of JavaScript Client SDK clients.
