Does a client connection with CCT Open Interfaces consume a license on AACC?

Licencing! ugh...you need a license for just about everything.

I'm using the Open Interface, and I don't know much, but I can tell you what I do know.

Most of this information has been through experience and though what I have been told on trained on, and the training was very limited.

In order to control a TN, you need to have AST licenses in the PBX and configure AST on each of the call center TN's that you want to control. So there's some licenses used there.

I'm sure I don't need to mention the ACD licenses, but if case someone comes across this post then you'll need those too for each TN in the call center.

Ok, for AACC you do need licenses for CCT. If you go to your AACC server, and open the "License Manger Configuration Tool" and you will see a list of licenses.

There's an entry for "Nodal CCT Open Interface" (I have no idea what it means) and there is "Nodal CCT Contact Centre Voice Terminals". We have a 1 to 1 relationship between that last one and the number of AACC Agent licenses.
