Hello. We have an AAOD IVR which interfaces to and AES, MPP, EPM platform. The IVR currently transfers using the ConsultationCall node. In this case the IVR only gets limited info, mainly whether the transfer was successful or not. Is there a way to obtain the Estimated Wait Time prior to the transfer? Thanks for any info.

AAOD out of box does not have this capability. There is an Avaya component/product called ICR that would do EWT. You may want to contact your Avaya support or sales contact to find out more.
