After installing the "Web Chat for IIS" in EMC server, there are two IIS website installed, name as

1. "WebChatASP" ------------- a sample webchat website
2. "WebChatWebService" ---- a SOAP web service

For the (1), I found a document "Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite Multichannel Web Chat for IIS User Guide" describing the configuration and customization.

But for the (2), I am not able to find any related document.

Is that any documentation or resource for use with the SOAP web service?

It support ReST API ( and not SOAP)
