Hi,

I have requirement where I have to block agent login if his station/extension is not logged in. How this can be achieved using JTAPI ?

You should be able to use getQueryEndpointRegistrationInfo(). This is described in the JTAPI Programmers Guide in the "Endpoint Registration and Unregistration Events" section.
