Hi everyone,

can anybody tell me, how can I export the report of "Not Ready Reason" activity? I want to add the duration of many "Not Ready Reason" activty exactly, but I can't find the table where include the exact duration. I only can find the interval which is 15 minutes. I need to get the exact time when the activity begins and when it ends. I hope I explained this problem correctly.

This forum is for the Basic Development Environment and I suspect that you may be in the wrong place. What Avaya product are you using? What API?

We are using AVAYA AURA or AVAYA Contact Manager Center. In which forum should I ask? Thank you.

I do not think there is a product called "AVAYA Contact Manager Center". If you mean "AVAYA Contact Center Manager", then you may be able to get some help in one of the "Avaya Aura® Contact Center" forums.
