There are some calls(typically outbound calls made by an agent back into the call center they are working at) for which I see a delivered and connection cleared event, but no established event. Any idea why?

Reads like the agent abandoned them before anyone/thing answered them. I am assuming connection cleared was for the agent and not the called party.

That is correct. This makes sense to me because these calls are typically very short but i just wanted to double check. Thanks
