Customer have policy need to change change pw of ddadmin for runtimeconfig. Can we change it?
Please advice.

You can change it in Runtimeconfig by going to the Users link on the right side, and then click on Change in the ddadmin row.

We have forgotten the ddadmin password. Is there any way to reset it?

Do you have a lot of stuff configured already? If not, you can remove the ddconfig.xml file from the Tomcat/lib directory. The system will recreate the file and allow you to start over. You can see what you have in the old ddconfig.xml to re-do the configuration. For AES connector extensions, you can also do an import from old ddconfig.xml.

Thanks for your quick response. This has worked perfectly as expected.

- Took backup of existing ddconfig.xml file and then removed the ddconfig.xml file from tomcat/lib directory
- Restart this particular tomcat instance
- New ddconfig.xml was created automatically upon tomcat restart
- Default password (ddadmin/ddadmin) was set automatically
- To restore old configurations, simply replaced the backup ddconfig.xml file
