I'd like to get Expected Wait time or ASA from our Avaya CM or CMS and use it for routing decisions in Experience Portal IVR. Is there a webservice or something available to get this?

There is an Avaya produce called ICR which would give you the wait time. I am not aware of any out-of-box EP API available. You would have to contact Avaya Support to find out more.
