I am not having success creating a beep tone on the 9608 H.323 Phone by modifying the 46XX setting file as follows. Phone firmware version is 6.6
SET CALLCTRSTAT 1
SET RECORDINGTONE 1
SET RECORDINGTONE_INTERVAL 15
SET RECORDINGTONE_VOLUME 8

I have not seen any linkage from documentation tied to NICE or Verint. It appears that this feature can stand alone.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I did find out that this feature works for any phone that is being Service Observed by another phone. I wanted the feature to be set to "Enabled" by the setting file for all calls.
