Could someone help me to change voice of announcement ?

Currently, Avaya media is playing announcements using a woman voice. But I don't know how to change to another voice..

Hi Thang, this must be configured on the Nuance server. In the future, we may enhance our APIs such that you can specify this programmatically, but that option doesn't currently exist.

Can I login to the Nuance Server and change configuration ?

Currently , I only can login to servers which are showed in the attachment picture.

The Collaboratory service which you are using does not support the changing of the text to speech voice. Rest assured, however, that when you purchase your own Nuance server you will be able to make those changes. Refer to the following DevConnect FAQ to learn how this is done:
