Hi guys, I am integrating AACC with web chat and I need some mechanism how to disable chat option on the website. Studying docs and SDK pointed me to AACC WS method isSkillsetInService. But this method returns true even if skillset is set to Night or Transition mode in CCMA. My first thought was it is a bug, but Avaya Support told me it is design intent. :evil: :!:

Do anyone know any workaround for this? I can use some master switch somewhere in the database but it will be nice to have a chance to change it in a straightforward way using CCMA.
