When I make a video call the other end its show ext no calling. I want to change that with some name. Please help how i can do that ?

It should be configurable through server settings on smgr. When you create an user, you are able to set the name for him.
Otherwise you can create a contact (if you haven't yet) and make contact search using remote address (ext number).
