Hi, in my use case i need to switch a video call to audio call in poor internet connectivity. So is there any callback method of avaya client sdk which tells about video call quality or internet quality?

Hi,

Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately there are no network quality metrics.
You can try to use the readVideoDetails method of the Call class to access actual sent/received bit rate per second.
