We have an internal softphone, based on the tsapi and jtapi library where the agents use as interface of the physical device, eventually some agents "disconnect" in an unexpected way.
The agent configuration in CM is auto answer = ACD.

Someone has already gone through this and can help me, thank you.

Can you explain what you mean by "eventually some agents "disconnect" in an unexpected way"? Do you mean that they end a call or do you mean that they logout or do you mean that they unregister their phone?

For example, the user inserts a pause and exits the environment, seconds later it is automatically disconnected (logout).

This failure occurs eventually.

I am sorry, I am still not clear what you are saying. What do you mean by "the user inserts a pause and exits the environment"? What is a pause? What is the environment?
