Subject: Error ED 3.3 and Interactive Voice Task

Trying to use the new Interactive Voive Task in ED3.3 togehter with AMS 7.8.

Once the task is hit in callflow I am getting an announcement "a serious error has occured, exiting".
Could see that ED compile the vmxl document and task complete. How to identify root cause ?

Usual play announcement task for this AMS is working fine.

Hi Dirk, do you have a Nuance or other MRCP server provisioned for your AAMS? You need a speech server for the Automatic Speech Recognition used by the Interactive Voice task.

Nuance Server is attached to AMS.
However, I think I identified root cause.

Seems that breeze is sending the vxml download to AMS with http://

However on my cluster HTTP is not enabled.

After I disabled "Only allow secure web communications" it worked fine.

Not sure how I could enfore it to use https ?

Dirk, it's good to hear that you're making progress. I'll get an Engagement Designer expert to look at this last query. FYI in case you were not aware, there is a separate Engagement Designer forum. I understand that with this issue it wasn't immediately clear whether this was a problem with Breeze or ED.
