In AACC 6.4, AAAD has a feature that enable agents to look for emails in queue and handle them instead to wait script distribution in queue.
Using SDK, we'd like to implement this feature in our Custom Agent Desktop.
Is it possible?
The user experience has to be this one: when an agent received an email, automatically our custom Agent Desktop look for the queues all the emails with the same email address and show on the Agent Desktop.
