We are currently implementing the IC system and integrating with Siebel via Native mode. On the Siebel, communication tool bar is enabled and we are able to login as agent. But after the login none of the other toolbar buttons get enabled.

IC version 7.3.6
Siebel Version 15 (Open UI)

On the AICD log on the siebel Comms server (under /opt/Avaya/IC73/logs) we see below messages

Also when agent login via the tool bar, we see on the AIC that agent status is directly going to BUSY (red tick) state.

Any help to troubleshoot this is much appreciated.
