Hi,

We are using OD7, JDK7, IBMWAS 8.5.5.11 and AIX OS 7.1. I am getting below errors during
Less call volume and Peak call volume . Please advice why it is happened.

Less call volume day – Happened rarely on certain time.

If you search the forum on " Abandoning thread", you will find quite a bit discussion on this topic. Make the recommended corrections and then repost.

As for the other error, that trace does not match the OD 7.0 code base. In 7.0.1 there is a match. I would address the above first then see.

I searched and I found the solution as to increase timeout. But this fetch timeout in MPP serverss--> Browser settingds, we configured as 120 seconds already. But the error showed in EPM as Timeout is 60000.

Could you please reply on this why 60 seconds is taken instead of 120s.

What you set I believe is the "default" timeout. The application can override this. I would check the application.

Thanks for the solution. It was being set in Application only. I have updated to 120s now.

Do you have any update on my second query below?

No thoughts on this. Please capture a trace.log where this happens so the entire session can be examined.
