Hi,

We are developing a POM Agent Desktop API base custom application.

I'm facing a weird scenario here i.e., i'm able to do the following functionalities from the custom application (login/logout/Ready/Not_Ready) and all these status changes are visible in Active Agents page under POM Monitor.

Also the application is receiving all the notification/events from POM.

But none of these changes are taking effect in the Physical Extension/One-X agent.

Its will be appreciated if anyone could suggest me a way out.

also can anyone tell me what all licenses that are needed for this implementation.
