Hello, I'm NICE Software developer responsible for integration with AACC through SOA OI CCT interface.

Our solution can monitore Calls and Agents Login/Logout activities in real time under recording CCT user. Thw Agent NotReady reason codes and Agent ACW state could be handled in Agent Login events. But we do not have any triggers and any CTI events in real time once Voice Agemt makes manipulations with ActivityCodes related to connection.

We can get the last Agent ActivityCode value by getActivityCode through request to AgentTerminalConnection service.

The NotificationConsumer/Producer services does not allow to subscribe to the TerminalStates notifications for CCT recording user.

Please, advise, how we can get the trigger for ActivityCode changes in realtime.
