Is there a webservice available to get the callinfo (ucid, callid, ani...) in real time by passing in the extension?

There is not. The only way to get the information is to monitor the station for call events and get them when a new call alerts or establishes on that station. If the monitor is not there then none of the call data you are looking for will be there either.
