Hi,

What is the best way to retrieve stats from the AACC through the AAEP Orchestration Designer?

AACC 7.X, AAEP/OD 7.x

We need our IVR application to be able to retrieve stats from the Avaya Aura Contact Center. The stats that we are interested in are ones such as the number of calls waiting for a particular skillset as well as the total number of calls in the system.

I don't think there is a canned answer to that, I'm afraid. Basically the answer is you would probably need to integrate with RTD/RSM but, honestly, those sort of queuing decisions would normally be made by the AACC/OD (a.k.a. Scripting) the EP type Orchestration would not be a primary call router for AACC.
