Goodmorning everyone,
we have a avaya aura 6.2 (CM + AES) platform that handles some incoming calls according to the following call flow:

ISDN trunk (PSTN number) --> VDN (8118) --> HuntGroup (8228) --> Queue Team Extention (8018) --> [(Station 1000 + Team 8018); (Station 1001 + Team 8018)]

With the last step of the above call flow, I wanted to represent that the incoming call rings at both stations simultaneously (in teaming).

Our AURA platform has TSAPI BASE licenses and I'm trying to understand "if and how" to make a "Call Answer" from one station estensions using TSAPI.

I have already done some tests with the dashboard but I can not take the call on behalf of a station.

Thanks.

I don't recall having come across the term "Queue Team Extention" before. Can you say what it is and how you configured it.

Hi Martin,
thanks for the attention.

I try to explain better, since I do not have much experience, reporting the SAT screenshoot of the production configuration, where the flow is identical to what I described in the previous post for my test environment, but simply change the extensions.

In this case, the call flow is as follows:
ISDN trunk (PSTN number) --> VDN (4038) --> HuntGroup (4048) --> Queue Team Extention (4028) --> [(Station 4001 + Team 4028); (Station 4002 + Team 4028); ... (Station 4009 + Team 4028)]

I would understand "if and how" to use TSAPI to answer a call on behalf of a specific extension, ringing simultaneously with other in TEAM.

I rewrite part of the previous post, which is incomprehensible because I forgot to disable the smile!!!

I have asked a colleague for confirmation but I doubt very much that it is possible to use Call Control features, such as Call Answer, to use the Team feature.

If the monitoring stations are H.323 or Digital, it is possible to use First Party control to emulate pressing the Team button and going off-hook.

Thanks Martin,
that means I could use DMCC methods (First Party Control) to emulate button pressure, but not directly the TSAPI methods?

Yes. I think that is the case.
