Hi,

I am facing a strange issue. I could hear the default nomatch prompt from AEP[Male Voice] along with the nomatch prompt included in the application.
Attached is the screenshot of the prompt and collect node.

In what all scenarios, the default noinput/nomatch prompts are played other than the scenario where nomatch/noinput is not handled in the prompt and collect node?

If you set up a prompt level for the prompt in the P/C in the prompt editor, it would be used by NoMatch/NoInput event instead of the default.
