We've been successfully using custom classes with POM for a while for DB updates and so on.

Now we're about to use a custom class to access an external API using HTTPS on port 443.

1. Do we need to install custom security certificate for this to work?
2. Is there any known issues for certificate import or HTTPS access to API's directly out of EPM/POM server?
