I want to listen the Inbound and outbound calls of agent using JTAPI.
Please suggest me any events.
It would be great, if i get any sample codes.

Do you mean that you want to record calls or that you want to force another phone into the call so that a supervisor can listen in on the call?

let me explain in detail.
I don't want to record calls.
I am using JTAPI for integrating my application with avaya. I want sample code which is for monitering the agent's extension.
If the agent got call or made call in his extension, some events should be raised in my code like(connections established event).

On the Devconnect website, there is a JTAPI sample application called Agent View. This monitors an agent's phone and gives a basic description of what is happening in the call. You may find this helpful.
