Hello, I'm using the Avaya Breeze Platform SDK 3.2 to run and test some examples, but now I need to capture the speech of the participant in the call, store it as a wav file in order to analyze this in a machine learning, Is there any way to store or get the speech in any format?. Thanks a lot.

You can use the record method of the MediaService to record a participant.

Hello,

It turns out that this recording method was primarily oriented towards message / greeting recording in a one-party call. We've not done any official system verification on two party calls. What call volume are you anticipating for this snap-in?
