Hi Expert,

Error when call AGTConsultCall to make a free number consult.

step.
1, Agent A make a preview call with customer
2, Agent A transfer call to Agent B
3, Agent B transfer call to external free number

There is 'Failed to evaluate the rule' when make consult-call with free number.
if Agent make previewcall by himself, agent is able to make consult-call to free number.

Is there any limitation for making consult-call to free number?

is your AAEP configured to as in front or behind the CM?

If your AAEP\POM is in front of CM you may have challenges completing a consult call to an internal number because the CM doesn't know about the original call.

the solution to this is to route all outbound traffic via the CM... its a long winded way to get a call out as it goes from POM > Session manager > CM > Session manager > SBC > SIP provider.

i believe there are some applications available from SM that might facilitate the same thing with out going via CM
