Hi Team,

I'm developing called party snap-in where I need to replace called party prefix number, later the Communication Manager will use this prefix to decide which trunk to use.

So my questions are
1) how can I retrieve/replace called party prefix number?
2) is this possible using breeze API's?

Hi Tanaji, how is this prefix number defined? Is it provisioned in CM ARS/AAR tables? Generally, Breeze doesn't have access to SM / CM dial plan information. You could perhaps create a service attribute for your snap-in that would be provisioned with the prefix(es) that you'll have to manipulate. Would that work?
