I apologize if not on the topic


does Avaya have any solutions (or scripts) for automatically changing the COR? For example, when a user is added to the AD group, which gives access to mobile communications, the COR on his phone is automatically changed. Applications for changing the COR are set in the electronic document management system based on IBM Lotus Notes

Application Enablement Services provides the System Management Service (SMS) Web service. This allows third party applications to view and alter configuration of objects on Communication Manager. An application could use this interface to change the COR of a station.
