Hi

Customer require us to integrate with third party via web service to check spam call when calling to customer system.
Can block spam incoming call from Custom breeze snap-in?

Please advice.

Hi, I apologize for the delay in responding. Yes, this is a primary use case for Breeze Call Intercept snap-ins. One question: does your customer use SIP trunks? ISDN trunks can benefit from Breeze Call Intercept snap-ins, but it involves additional configuration on CM, and uses more CM resources.
