Hi All,

I want to register my custom android app through sbc ip, but I got the error(see the log attached). No issue if I use equinox for android. the port I use is 5060 tcp.

As per log the connection timeout expires.
Could you attach Equinox success log too please? We will be able to compare them.

what do you mean equinox success log? is it connection using local ip or use Avaya Equinox for android?

I had same problem with the windows version also (windows custom app), I tried to login with sbce ip and got error.(see attachment log)

The issue is caused by PPM server is unreachable.

2018-01-31 16:25:21.085[16356] ERROR clientsdk::CPocoHTTPSession::CHTTPRequestTask::ExecuteTask[0FB80C80](): Error from http://120.29.225.73/axis/services/PPM: eCONNECTION_TIMEOUT: [code: 0] Timeout: connect timed out: 120.29.225.73:80

Please check server configuration, antivirus/firewall software. There was similar issue earlier, it was gone away without any changes. It was probably caused by maintenance work.

Hi Rumata,

Thanks for your replied. The issue was fixed after Aura Administrator checked the configuration of SMGR, CM and SM. Now I can login using sbce and all the functions are working well.
