Hi,

It mentioned in the API doc that, with this API, it can provide the logic like sending a SMS when CBA is about to call the customer.

How exactly this can be done, does anyone have any idea?

Apart from the API, what else is required? I assume the customer should have a SMS gateway, right?

This forum is for the Basic Development Environment, as such, users are unlikely to have any knowledge of CBA. To the best of my knowledge, Callback Assist is not supported by Devconnect. You may have better luck with one of the forums on support.avaya.com.
