Encountered below error when speech application was imported to OD7.2. The application was originally created using 07.00.18.01
Can anyone help?

You have to check the compiler for eclipse or what compiler are you trying tu use in the app.

Yes, in OD 7.0.1 and onwards the minimim java version is 1.7
