We want to capture all the calls going through an Avaya Switch. We have an Avaya Tlink with us and we are able to connect to it using JTAPI SDK. However, i am completely lost on how can i get all the calls using the observers available in JTAPI. I understand that we can get events for a terminal, address or a call. But i want to get events for all the calls rather than a specific call or device or terminal.

I am stuck on this for past couple of days. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK, the only way to catch all calls through Communication Manager would be for the application to monitor all stations.
