I have a problem with creating Axis 1.4 operation file from web application (OD 7.2). I tried different wsdl files, which do not make any problem in speech applications, but in web applications I always receive the following error in the last step:

Error getting runtime data storage for project XXX.

I checked the OD log, and found the following error messages:

16/02/2018 13:52:56:052 WARN - Unable to find variable object from resource: INPUT (com.avaya.sce.variables.internal.VariableCoreResourceAdapter)
16/02/2018 13:52:56:153 WARN - Unable to find variable object from resource: OUTPUT_STATIC (com.avaya.sce.variables.internal.VariableCoreResourceAdapter)
16/02/2018 13:52:56:244 WARN - Unable to find variable object from resource: OUTPUT_ARRAY (com.avaya.sce.variables.internal.VariableCoreResourceAdapter)

but these variables exist in XXX project.variables.

How can I fix this problem without changing wsdl file?

I am trying to create Axis 1 operation file in web application. I can load WSDL, set input and output parameters, but at the last step, after clicking finish button, I receive the following error:

Error getting runtime data storage for project XXX


In speech application, Axis 1 operation file was successfully created for the same WSDL.
