Hi All,

I want to create custom app using EMC sample application. I have few questions before developing the app
  • Is the application have the own database to handle the system like user management and the flow?

  • Is the sdk have web version like avaya breeze client sdk?

    Hi,
    The Sample App does not need it's own DB. It typically can connect directly to EMC DB for information.
    As for flow (call flow etc), this is defined by EMC servers. The Sample App will only get notifications of call transition (call delivered, call established, call closed etc)

    There are only .net APIs currently. No web APIs

    Thanks for response. So the EMC DB is generated during installation EMC server and use MS Sql server for the db server?and for the VoIP is supported by EMC server? I mean Voice Data from customer to agent
