Subject: use getDirectoryName to get hunt grp/VDN device name of routed queue

I have a predicament at a customer, where the agents only recieves the number of the queue customers have called, but they expect the name so they can present the correct greeting, for that specific queue.

Would to be fessable to use getDirectoryName to query the device name of the queue?

My reading of your questions is that you have a LucentAddress of a Huntgroup (or possibly VDN) and want to use LucentAddress.getDirectoryName() to find the name that is configured on Communication Manager for this address.

I checked this in my lab and, yes, LucentAddress.getDirectoryName() does return the configured name of of a Huntgroup or VDN.
