Hi,

How to implement offhook in JTAPI.
When I try callcontrolcall.offhook , JTAPI throws a not supported exception.

You cannot put a phone off-hook using JTAPI. You will need to use DMCC.

If you want to put the phone off-hook on order to make a call or answer a call, you can use the JTAPI mechanisms to do these without putting the phone off-hook.
