I am new to Breeze and am in the process of setting up ECC so that I can capture call info. Our IVR ports are configured on CM as stations (I also have AES and SM setup in the environment) and for each station there is an agentLogin that logs in automatically when the IVR starts. I would like to use Breeze and ECC so my IVR ports can make a rest call to Breeze passing the station number to getAddress so it will return UCID for the current active call.

Avaya said to configure the ivr station numbers in Breeze and referred me to the ecc snap-in guide but I'm not seeing anything that discusses setting up station numbers in breeze so that they can be monitored for ECC. Any one understand what Avaya is asking me to do?

By the way, I realized that I had linked to the 3.3 version of the document. Here is the 3.4 version: https://www.devconnectprogram.com/fileMedia/download/8353d4e3-26d8-4057-b7ee-b5ce46b460c5

Hopefully you are on 3.4 as I just learned today that in the 3.4 release, we added the ability to change these station ranges without service interruption. On 3.3 and prior releases, a change to this attribute unfortunately required a reboot of all nodes in the cluster.
