chatbot snap-in 3.4v is it available in devconnect site. if not where can i get these chatbot snap-ins. please do the need full.

I don't believe (see any evidence that) that chatbot 3.4 is generally available.

In general snapins can be acquired by accessing this page
https://www.devconnectmarketplace.com/avaya--2
and using the Request Info button.

The long path to that page is

From any DevConnect portal page use the top menu's Products & Resources -> Avaya Breeze Platform -> Avaya Snapp Store -> then click the Avaya icon (in the ribbon of companies that have snapins, if you dont see it use the arrow button beside the companies ribbon to locate it) and then utilize the Request Info button .

3.4 chatbot snapin has not been released. You wont find that version.
Furthe,r the page is missing chatbot (forgot to mention that - sorry), the owners are working to add it.
